Yes! We ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

❓ Does KeyBless offer pickup orders?

A: Yes! KeyBless offers local pickup orders. Pickup takes place at a USPS store location; however, USPS is not holding or responsible for your package. Your order will be personally brought and handed to you at the agreed pickup time and location. Pickup details will be shared with you after your order is confirmed to ensure a smooth and easy experience.

⏳ How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please allow 10–14 business days for all custom keychain orders to be made and delivered. 

🔄 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many items are made or packaged with care, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
