Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier. KeyBless is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KeyBless is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

KeyBless is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
