Due to the nature of our products, all keychains are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•Your order number
•Clear photos of the item and packaging
•Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit (no refunds).
Incorrect Orders
If we made an error with your order, we’ll make it right. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office for assistance.
Care Disclaimer
Keychains are intended for gentle, everyday use. Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or exposure to extreme heat or water is not eligible for replacement.
